16.01.2022 It was so good to compete at one of my favourite triathlon events of the season, Moana Triathlon. What a stunning landscape to hold this event and the weather was stunning again. As a PT, I understand the importance of practicing what I preach and that's why I invest time in myself to remain fit to compete in these events, as well as being able to help my clients on their fitness journeys. I highly recommend if you want to try something different with your fitness to give a ...triathlon a go. You don't need all the fancy equipment just some bathers, a bike and running shoes plus a 'give it a go' attitude. It's such a great community and such a fun sport If your looking at kick starting your fitness or want help reaching some specific fitness goals I offer 1 on 1 PT session. It was very windy but you guys smashed the last outdoor bootcamp for this year Great way to finish off this year of bootcamps and start the silly season.
