14.01.2022 There are lots of good things to come out of our current situation! Making myself get outside to exercise instead of relying on the gym has done wonders for my mental health during this time. There is something about moving with the rhythm of my breath, being in nature and a sunrise that makes me feel calm and ready to tackle the day ahead. 12.01.2022 Very excited to be bringing Rollaflex back! I have had many people mention how much they miss this class! Thanks so much to @division_ex for bringing this class online. I have definitely noticed the difference in my flexibility since I have stopped teaching this class! Hands up if you are ready to reap the rewards!
