Contract cleaning will be for essential services only and buildings must be vacated prior to cleaning commencing. EOL cleans can be done providing all furniture is out of the home and there is no physical contact with tenants or estate agents. ... All payments should be made via bank transfers

06.01.2022 Cleaning is charged at a starting rate of $44 per hour for private/domestic cleans and commercial contracts with a minimum of 2 hours. Weekends and public holidays may incur a higher fee. Payment for all domestic and private cleans is cash on the day or funds transfer, funds transfer MUST be done by the day of clean and a screenshot of the transaction must be shown before work proceeds. Accounts only available to Real Estate and contract cleans.. No cheques under any circums...tances. Oven cleans are $95 per standard size oven and includes stove top and exhaust fans. Pressure cleaning is $40 ph plus $15 for chemicals. Pet Care starts at $35 per visit depending on distance. Discounts may apply, please ask for details via inbox. Floors to Paws is fully insured, registered, have current police checks and real estate preferred.
