23.01.2022 HELP! Looking for nature loving General Practitioners (doctors) in Adelaide for Green Prescription trialHELP! Looking for nature loving General Practitioners (doctors) in Adelaide for Green Prescription trial

23.01.2022 I feel so fortunate to have so much fabulous fresh food to choose from at Christmas. What foods do you choose at Christmas?

23.01.2022 It's so important that we keep people safe. Understanding risk management helps us reassure clients, insurers, employers and funders. Watch this to make sure you've thought about what could go wrong and how to reduce risk.

22.01.2022 This is epic! Our favourite place is our river. We live in the driest state in the driest country on earth - to have a permanent swimming hole is so amazing. Cold though! Do you swim? Do you swim in the river, ocean or a pool? Share a photo of your swimming place.

21.01.2022 Do you have much on this weekend? Would you like to see my true nature? Join me at The Sanctuary (50 min south of Adelaide) for my OT picnic. BYO picnic and I’ll provide the nature and people connection. Not too late to book - the password is NatureOT

17.01.2022 Delicious! I'm realising how many of these videos are about food lol

12.01.2022 I'm super happy to be providing a FREE forest bathing event as part of the Nature Festival - get in quick though - this was made live today and 17 of 25 tickets are gone..... Big thanks to the National Parks and Wildlife service for funding this event - in recognition of the importance of nature for wellbeing, and reminding us all to connect with our National Parks.

12.01.2022 This is a rare 'made up' and colour co-ordinated video for me - I can't match the prettiness of these gorgeous trees. We are thinking of planting an avenue of jacarandas along the road to the house which isn't built yet) at our Sanctuary. More focused on the plants than the house.... Do you have trees planted in your street? share a photo and let's curate a collection of urban nature in the comments. All trees welcome

07.01.2022 So many OTs ask this question and we love to be inspired by what others are doing. Our work with clients should always come back to how do we help them achieve their goals - and nature can help with that!

07.01.2022 Join us in conversation! You can participate from anywhere in the world in this South Australian Nature Festival Event for free. Our conversation will commence at 6.00pm ACST (Adelaide time) on Zoom. The Zoom link will be supplied on registration. Join Jane Mussared, (CEO, Council of the Ageing), Simon Hutchinson (Climbing Tree Nature Play and Sustainability Consultancy), Bronwyn Paynter (Nature-based OT) and conversation host Leanne Muffet (Strategic Matters) If you're planning on registering share your favourite nature emoji or gif in the comments!

07.01.2022 Here's a pretty cool creative nature display for Christmas. A tower of petunias. Have you created something outdoors with nature for Christmas? I'd love you to share your photos in the comments for inspiration

07.01.2022 This is soooo cool! (Well I think so anyway). For the South Australian Nature Festival there is an event that involves posting a photo of yourself on social media in a 'tree pose' and tagging with #treeposefortheplanet For every photo posted and tagged there will be a tree planted in South Australia by our Trees for Life organisation. There are over 1,400 nature loving people who follow this page - do you think we could plant a forest? ... I would love you to join me in this campaign and post your tree pose on this page.

06.01.2022 Have you see the South Australian Nature Festival website? There are soooo many fabulous events on offer between 25th Sept and 3rd Oct. I am running a Forest Bathing session at Belair National Park. This is funded by our National Parks & Wildlife Service and offered for free - the tickets were fully subscribed within 24 hours.... I've also been asked to be a commentator for the media for the festival - with my message of nature for wellbeing. So look out for me on social media! And I'm speaking in a panel discussion on 1st October about 'what covid has taught us about the value of nature' I am grateful to be recognised as having something of value to say about nature and wellbeing. I HIGHLY encourage you to look at the events on offer - many are free. I've just registered for 5 events - sooo excited.

06.01.2022 Don't forget to book a ticket - we would love to see you in our nature
