25.01.2022 At age 5 his Father died. At age 16 he quit school. At age 17 he had already lost 4 jobs. Between ages 18 & 22, he was a railroad conductor & failed. He joined the army & washed out there.... He applied for law school he was rejected. He became an insurance sales man & failed. At age 20 his wife left him he became a cook & dishwasher in a small cafe. He decided to commit suicide, he had failed so much. But, he realised there was still one thing he could do better than anyone "cooking". He borrowed $87.00, bought & fried up chicken using his recipe, went door to door to sell them in Kentucky. 21.01.2022 Communication is simple.... not easy. It is a personal, information superhighway that will either destroy all before it or create the most amazing wonders the world has ever seen... ...but... You have to remember that the most important part of communication is in the "listening..." not in the speaking. ...and If you want to get someone speaking... you need to ask good questions that are about the other person... NOT about what interests you, but finding out what interests them, firstly on a personal level and then on a business level. You learn to do that, and you will start to develop the kind of relationships that you would really like to have in your life.

19.01.2022 2020 has been a ridiculously challenging year for many... Now and post-covid, businesses will need to learn that courage and heart are going to be needed to succeed now and into the future... With courage and heart, less important things like money and stature will automatically follow... :-)

09.01.2022 There Is Always A Way. Despite all the current challenges that exist in the world today, for those who are passionate and determine there is always a way. In business just as in life, the most adaptable will not only survive, but thrive and succeed in any environment despite what may be going on around them, physically, emotionally or financially.... The three most powerful pillars of success in ANY business, no matter what the size are: 1. A robust and adaptable system. Having been someone who rebelled against any system that came my way, I successfully generator the whole heap of failure pain and disappointment that I could ever hope to achieve. And when I was truly successful, I discovered that a robust and adaptable system underpinned that success with a solid foundation. If you haven't got a system or a good system then I passionately recommended that you take the time and develop a process that will support and leverage your future success. 2. Transferable education. I never truly understood what transferable education actually meant, until I found myself in a job that tapped into a wide variety of skills that I had learnt throughout my life. I was amazed to realise that's my public speaking skills, my ability to write, being passionate about customer service and genuinely wanting people to succeed were transferable skills that allowed me to create significant success in my chosen profession. 3. Accountability. (Watch this space for a future article) Accountability is a very interesting and misunderstood concept. I highly recommend that you find and digest the definition of accountability, but please understand that accountability is not just about your own accountability to yourself (even though this can be the most challenging), but being accountable to your friends, to your family, your staff, but most importantly to your clients. Please remember though No business is a business without people, and the most important things that help people develop and maintain great relationships that are adaptable well Just add smiles, hugs and coffee LOL Thanks for reading.
