20.01.2022 I’m not a morning person but I really wanted to see a sunrise where I’m staying because we are only about 50m from the beach. I went to sleep last night saying to myself if I’m to see the sunrise I want to wake up at 6am. I couldn’t set an alarm as we are all staying in the one room so I left it at, if I wake up I wake up. Well I literally woke at 6am on the dot. It was a bit cloudy this morning which hid the sunrise but it was still very beautiful to watch. 18.01.2022 And just like that my youngest daughter is 8! Each year on Charlotte’s birthday I think to myself, I hope this is the year things get easier I struggle with knowing I’m clearing family karma and what that means, and just craving a simple relationship with her. I’ve spent many nights laying in bed just begging the universe to clear this energy and trying to clear everything under the sun I can so I can have a more harmonious home. I think why did I choose this! But I kn...ow why and no matter what I thank her for the lessons she is teaching me even when I feel they have broken me. I pick myself back up and keep doing the work because I know things don’t change if you don’t. Charlottes always slowly improving and recently she’s started to make some big changes and I am so excited to see where they lead. 18.01.2022 When explaining to skeptics what I do I have heard a lot ‘oh the placebo effect’. I used to feel I needed to explain how that wasn’t the case as I always thought the placebo effect was a bad thing, being tricked in to thinking something is working. But as time went on I starting thinking, how is it a bad thing? We are so powerful that if we believe something is working, it can! I don’t feel my healing is technically the placebo effect as I have seen kids and animals go throu...gh processing after a session and they don’t even have the awareness of having one, but someone that does have the awareness of a healing session can align themselves to the belief in it and this will be much more effective than someone that doesn’t believe it will do anything. 15.01.2022 We can’t attract anything or anyone in to our reality that we don’t hold a frequency for so if you don’t heal the low vibrational energy you hold, you’re own energy will keep attracting the same lesson over and over again. The only way to break the cycle is realise the lesson and heal the energy. Once it’s gone it’s not possible to keep attracting it. Life is super difficult when we aren’t self aware. When we live in a state of denial and ego and just want to pretend everyth...ing is ok. All the things that you ignore just grow bigger until you are so deep in the energy of them and the cycle of attracting more of the same. This is when overwhelm, anxiety, depression, rage and resentment take over. Once in this place you’ll find yourself feeling powerless and fall in to a victim mentality thinking everything happens to you. 14.01.2022 Valentine’s Day I’ve never been one to get super invested in Valentine’s Day. I think when you love someone, that love should be shown every day but in saying that I’ve always thought it was sweet to celebrate it. I love LOVE. I never needed gifts or anything like that. Just a nice picnic or dinner was my kind of thing. Quality time and connection. 08.01.2022 Manipulation of this kind is a coping mechanism which everyone at some point in their life has used. Many people spend their whole life avoiding feeling anything uncomfortable. They like to stay in their comfort zone and this means using manipulation to avoid anything that would emotionally hurt or trigger them. Being accountable for your actions means many things. It means you are aware of others feelings but also your own because you can recognise what is being triggered w...ithin. It means you take responsibility for how someone else is feeling but also how you are feeling because both reactions need to be taken into consideration. It means you are sorry your actions affected someone whether it was intentional or not. All of this is mental and emotional overload for most people so they choose a coping mechanism to avoid it and having to feel their own pain. Next time someone is telling you that you did something wrong, pay attention to whether you deploy this coping mechanism. It takes a very healed person to listen to their perceived faults and failures from another person and the impact they have. You don’t have to agree with what someone else’s perception of you is but the more you heal the easier it is to listen to without it triggering you in to a reaction like manipulation and you can also evaluate what they are saying without your ego getting involved. You aren’t a bad person for using coping mechanisms. 07.01.2022 F O R G I V E N E S S Many people believe that forgiveness is weakness, that if you forgive the hurt and pain caused by someone you are accepting what they did was ok. Forgiveness however is not weakness, it is strength. It is much easier to hate than it is to forgive. Forgiveness does not mean that you have to like someone or have anything to do with them. It is an internal process that allows you to let go and no longer be consumed. It brings you peace. I do struggle ...at times with forgiveness but I can eventually get there with a little work on myself and am now at a point in my life where I don't have any hate or ill feelings towards anyone that has emotionally or physically hurt me, just understanding and forgiveness. I understand that everything happens as it is meant to, even the truly awful things in life and that if you want change you have to heal the parts of yourself that attracts what you don’t want. Dropping in to low vibrational states of anger, bitterness, hatred and revenge pulls you out of alignment with your heart space, the essence of your soul and that energy only attracts more of the same and causes imbalances in the body. It leads to illness, disease and emotional and physical pain. So while you may think holding a grudge hurts someone else, it only hurts you. Sometimes I will pull out of alignment when triggered and this energy will surface again so when it does I know there is still something to let go of because if you need to keep a part of yourself from forgiving you are still holding negative energy. This photo is of my brother and I and was taken the first time he was welcomed in to my home earlier in the year. To be honest I didn't think I would ever be able to truly forgive him for all the hurt he caused me growing up and in to my adult years. For a long time I had a victim mindset that he ruined so many years of my life and my family’s and I had nothing but hate and blame for him. It has been through my daughter that this has all changed and I now have such a deep understanding of why my brother has always struggled and I see those same struggles in her. I am thankful everyday that I have the ability to change the script so our family karma doesn’t send her down the same path he went for most of his life. I have nothing but understanding, forgiveness, kindness and empathy for my brother now. Not only do I choose forgiveness I also choose second chances because I believe everyone can change if they want to. 03.01.2022 Gemini Lunar Eclipse 11/30/2020 Welcome to Sagittarius season where we adjust our perception of beliefs and vision as a result of what we’ve experie...nced for the previous 8 months. It’s been an internal growth process of epic proportions to say the least. It hasn’t been easy but now is crucial time to fully believe and have faith in ourselves on our path. The Sagittarius/Gemini axis is about the understanding deeper meaning and wisdom and how we process and express it. With Mercury finishing out in Scorpio, this is still in a mental process of purification. As Mercury is trining Jupiter and Saturn, there’s major opportunities to be explored. 02.01.2022 I have always been super critical of my body and for the most part I’ve never liked a lot about it. I’ve worked really hard on judgement this year and feel like I am finally loving my body just the way it is. Lumps, bumps, jiggle, rolls, cellulite and all! It hasn’t always been easy finding this self acceptance. I’ve just had to roll with how I need to intuitively eat now and how quite often this sees me putting on weight. There would be absolutely no point in me trying to s...tick to any type of eating plan because my body would always have other ideas. The more I ascend, the more everything about me is changing, including my eating and sleeping habits and my body. Some days I can’t fathom eating till late in the day and so I don’t and other days I’m ravenous from the moment I wake up till I go to bed and I eat all day. I still try to always eat healthy even if I’m eating a lot. Our eating habits are directly linked to our energy. When I’m grounding in energy during full or new moons for example I’m really hungry and want more dense food and when I’m receiving and integrating light codes for example I don’t want to eat at all. I just surrender to what my body needs and wants and trust it knows what’s best for me. 02.01.2022 My 40th birthday is in a few days and I really wanted to be in Fiji or Thailand or anywhere tropical! Whilst I’m not sure if this would have just been a dream, with Covid there was no chance of it happening anyway so I got thinking about what I’d like to do and decided a road trip up the north coast would be beautiful and less likely to be cancelled if Covid got worse again. I was really looking forward to it and thought I was going to see some places I’ve been dreaming of ex...ploring. The floods however meant that I had to change plans as a lot of the places I wanted to go to had road closures due to land slides. Plus there were Covid cases where I wanted to visit. So my road trip down the south coast was born! So far I’m two days in and having an amazing time. The NSW South Coast is a stunning place and spending time with my Mum and girls is just priceless. I feel so incredibly happy and grateful for this opportunity and am soaking up every minute of it. Today as I stood on this beautiful beach I almost had to pinch myself. I felt so happy and at peace, immersed in beauty and nature, watching my girls play together. I thought to myself, life doesn’t get much better than this. 01.01.2022 The #healy continues to amaze me all the time. I have lots of posts to do on my success stories but I have a quick one to share tonight. My daughter was complaining of a sore throat tonight and said it felt like a knife stabbing her in the throat. I used the HealAdvisor app to scan her to find out which programs her body needed the most and ran them. Then I played around with the schuessler salts and materia medica frequencies. I again scanned her to see which ones she needed... and ran them.
