24.01.2022 Autumn is slowly taking over from Summer and its time to get excited. From now till the June long weekend is the one of the most exciting fly fishing periods. The fish start to come up from the holes and away from the undercuts in the banks and become much more adventurous. Use light gear nothing more than a 5 weight. 18.01.2022 Winter is almost over and Spring is in the air. The Fly Fishing has been ok during the winter in the Blowering Dam. But spring is when it all starts to take shape especially after the long weekend in October. 16.01.2022 The new year 2019 is turning into a memorable fishing experience so far. Although it has been a bit warm, the fly fishing has been very rewarding, especially later on in the evenings. If you have never tried it, try it , fly fishing is unique and it brings out the best in you and your engagement with mother nature.

11.01.2022 The Fly Fishing season is open and so far it's been very interesting. The advanced fly fishers I've been guiding are loving the varieties of clean waters we have and the beginners I am teaching how to fly fish are even more excited and keen to take up fly fishing as a sport. The Tumut Snowy Mountains region is amazingly beautiful. If you've never tried fly fishing don't be afraid it's not that difficult, I'll teach you how to cast with easy kinetic based techniques that anyone can do.
