As the year is coming to a close, we are losing our first season of F4T, but we WILL absolutely be back very soon! Lowell Demitita is the Founder of Inner Movement, where he makes it his mission to not only improve the skills of dancers but to awaken them to their true purpose in life and to understand how to connect their inner being with their outer form. His insights into... how we communicate and how we share as people was enlightening and we really enjoyed being able to share ideas with this man. The concepts that he brings up are thought provoking and deeper than the surface level small talk that we talk about day to day. Here's a podcast episode that digs deep into the minds of one of the greatest dance teachers that Melbourne has to offer. If you haven't met this man or seen what he is able to do with just his energy, then you are missing out on a whole world of knowledge and good energy.
