Having worked on projects in the Philippines for over 14 years, we are very lucky to have developed long lasting friendships..., visited stunning island destinations (Tip go to El Nido) and with our prestigious clients, designed landmark projects together. This office tower masterplan was designed as the Next Generation commercial offices, for our sustainably conscious client, who is targeting LEED Platinum certification for the development. We designed 3 distinct landscaped zones around the towers, creating an active ground plane and vibrant community space, for the enjoyment of everyone in the office precinct. After 6 months of work, we are thrilled to have completed the design and very grateful to have worked with the project team. We are very much looking forward to seeing this project built. This 3.2 hectare site in Suva Fiji includes; Warehouses, storage units, workshops, offices and retail.
