19.01.2022 Breaking down a movement pattern and teaching the technique is key to ensuring the safety of your client. You can get just as much benefit from going slow and unloaded. We've all seen the "getup" done in a variety of ways. Some good... Some undesirable. 14.01.2022 IoM Level 2 done and dusted. "Brain Overload" is a complete understatement but I am so excited to get back to the studio and show you all the amazing things I've learned. A massive shout out to the whole Institute of Motion family. If you have a chance, I highly recommend coming and doing the course yourself.

By piecing together a few movement you can create a fun, envigorating flow that gets the blood pumping helps the get keep the body hydrated. 08.01.2022 What a session! Olympic Flow done as a HIIT session. Each section or "chunk" was done for 3 sets to really make sure the movement was solid and known before putting it all together for the last set. As you can see, it got my HR right up there. 05.01.2022 Tick Tock Flow. Today I had some time to try and create a flow that is all about rhythm and timing. By being soft with your movements you allow the vipr to move through space using it natural momentum rather than forced positioning. #vipr #ticktock #momentum #fmlfit
