21.01.2022 "The deltoid muscle has 3 parts the front, middle and back and all 3 parts are important to help you move, lift, rotate and extend your shoulders. The deltoid is a large part which gives your shoulder its overall shape. It is considered to be a common problem area and injuries to this muscle are generally caused by overuse. A common problem is deltoid tendonitis which causes inflammation of the rotator cuff and the surrounding muscles and tendons. It is a repetitive stre...ss injury common in athletes and people who work extremely physical jobs. If you happen to feel some pain in you deltoids or is recovering from an injury, you can do some stretches to improve the mobility and flexibility of your shoulders. Have your exercises approved by your doctor or physiotherapist to ensure safety and faster recovery. Make sure to also rest your muscles and be aware of possible overuse. " See more
