12.01.2022 FBF Exotic Citruses Box As you may know that the recent flood and torrential rains had caused damages to many areas stretching from QLD, Northern NSW down to the Sydney Metropolitan areas and beyond. While we were not as badly affected as many growers in the regions, the flood and continuous rains had caused us to lose a great deal of our potential crop across the board especially the exotic citruses. We estimated the lost to be at least 50% down comparing to our last year... crop. However we are forging ahead & doing everything we can to prevent further damages but most importantly to return everything to its normalcy because we truly believe in local, sustainable, diverse and quality way of living. The good news is that all is not lost as some of our exotic citruses that managed to survive the recent flood & rains have started to ripen up and become ready ahead of their winter season. As such we are putting together FBF Exotic Citruses Box which will include our non-sprayed, non-waxed citruses listed below. 3-4 Yuzu 5-7 Bergamots 500g Calamansi Limes 1 kg New Season Mandarins 6-7 Finger Limes 1 Buddha Hand & 1 kg Tahitian Seedless Limes All of these wonderful citruses for $89. 12.01.2022 Authentic Thai Green Curry Of Heritage Breed Chicken With Spring Vegetables First recipe from our quick & tasty easy meal kits. 1 x FBF Authentic Green Curry Sauce... 700g - 1 kg combined weight of your preferred protein choice & vegetables Thai basil & Chilli for garnish To prepare 1. Simply place the frozen green curry sauce in a small bowl/tray & thawing it in the fridge overnight. 2. Next day, pour the green curry sauce into a small - medium size pot. Reheat the curry sauce using medium heat. Bring it to gentle boil. 3. Add your preferred protein choice, continue to cook until the protein is almost done. 4. Add the vegetables and cook for a further 5 - 7 minutes depending on the vegetables. 5. After everything is cooked, turn the heat off. Add Thai basil & Chillies. Ready to serve. Our green curry sauces are made in house using all natural ingredients with no MSG, chemical additives & preservatives. They are gluten-free. They have also been seasoned to the authentic Thai green curry taste. No additional seasoning is required. However you can adjust to your preferred taste if required.
