25.01.2022 YESTERDAYS FOOD FOR LIFE Yesterday we dropped off packets of delicious Indian Dhal Soup to the Nambour Community Center. This will continue every week to the Nambour Community Centerlink as part of our Free Food Program to help support their food relief activities A big thank you to Krishna Spice for the donation of dhal which made this dish possible

04.01.2022 A big thank you to Krishna Spice for their donation of a 5kg of rice and two bags of Moong Dhal The Moong Dhal was turned into a beautiful dhal soup for Nambour Communtiy Center on Friday and the rice is destined for the homeless in Brisbane City on Wednesday as a fried rice.

04.01.2022 MALENY NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER COMMUNITY LUNCH Today was the first day Food For Life AU collaborated with the Maleny Neighborhood Center (MNC) as part of their weekly Thursday Community Lunch. Food For Life AU will be donating the meal and their time on the third Thursday of every month. The weekly community lunches at the MNC are held to help support members of the community who are less fortunate and need of a cheap/free meal. It also facilities community spirit and opening up... channels of communication for support. Today's tasty meal was freshly steamed basmati rice which was kindly donated by Krishna Spice, Indian spice store in Maroochydore, Kofta balls marinated in tomato chutney, Indian green bean salad and a Carrot Cake. Leaflets on Chanting Hare Krishna were also distributed with many people eager to take a copy. The booklet delves into the wisdom of the vedic literature, propounding that we are not just these physical bodies and our true fulfillment lies in our understanding of who we really are and the purpose of this life.
