24.01.2022 Blueberry and beetroot self saucing mug cake (recipe by Kate Atkins) Cake 3 Tbsp SR flour... 3 Tbsp caster sugar 1 1/2 Tbsp blueberry and beetroot choc powder 5 Tbsp oat milk (or milk of choice) Vanilla few drops (optional I couldn’t find mine) Sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp blueberry and beetroot choc powder 3 Tbsp hot water Mix ingredients for cake in a LARGE mug (normal size won’t cut it) or a microwave safe bowl. Add sugar and choc powder for sauce and cover with hot water. Cook in your microwave for 1-1:30 (my microwave always takes longer so I cooked mine for 1:45). Empty into a bowl and serve with coconut ice cream if dairy free or cream and ice cream if you’re not. See more

Apple & Beetroot coleslaw 2 apples grated 3 carrots grated... I large onion diced 1/2 red cabbage sliced to desired thickness 3 teaspoons of Apple and Beetroot spice 1/4 cup of mayo or coleslaw dressing and 1 teaspoon of Garlic smash olive oil. Egg Mayo Boil potatoes and eggs together After 1o mins remove eggs and cook potatoes for another 7 mins Then drain and cool down with cold water !!! Peel the eggs and slice up place with potatoes Place in a bowl when cold and use a teaspoon of curry korma and few squeezes of mayo and mix well but be gentle Place in fridge and serve when u are ready to eat !!!!

16.01.2022 Quick and easy Pad See Ew (recipe by Amanda Bickley) Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Lemongrass & Ginger olive oil 2 teaspoons garlic, minced 2 tablespoons Pad See Ew spice blend... 1 chicken breast fillet, finely sliced 1 packet wide rice noodles (I used Pad Thai) 1 bundle of Chinese broccoli, roughly chopped 2 eggs, beaten (optional) Seasoning: 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon sugar Method: 1. Cook noodles according to packet, rinse and set aside 2. Mix all seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl, and set aside 3. Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add garlic and stir until aromatic. Add chicken and Pad See Ew spice and continue to stir. As soon as chicken turns colour, add Chinese broccoli and stir well for about 30 seconds. Add seasoning and stir well until all ingredients are well combined. Add beaten eggs and more oil, if needed. 4. Dish and serve immediately, and enjoy! See more

Ponderosa Butter Air fry pork or however u like to cook it How to make butter Place butter into a bowl and put half teaspoon of thyme for garlic and ponderosa and mix up When it’s nearly done put some of the butter on to pork chop When done serve with whatever u like Enjoy !!!!

12.01.2022 Flavourista mixed nuts in the air fryer (recipe by Kelly Brady)...who has an air fryer! These cashews and almonds were popped in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 200C with a generous amount of Flavourista Karami Salt and Satay Mas Spice for an Asian inspired nut mix. I finished off with a drizzle of Roasted Garlic Smash Oil before they went into the air fryer. Very morish!
11.01.2022 VEGAN COTTAGE PIE (recipe by Amanda Bickley) 1kg potatoes, peeled and diced 1 onion, diced 1 stick celery, diced... 1 carrot, diced 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Smash oil 1-2 tablespoons Divin-O balsamic 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1-2 tablespoons Thyme for Garlic spice 400g can tomatoes (I used Basil & Oregano) 2 x 400g cans lentils, drained & rinsed Salt and pepper, to taste 3 tablespoons vegan butter Preheat oven to 180C Cook potatoes and mash with butter Lightly fry onion, celery and carrot in oil until tender/opaque Pop all ingredients into an ovenproof dish Add balsamic, tomato paste, Thyme for Garlic spice, tomatoes and lentils Mix well and cook for 10 minutes or so Spread mashed potatoes over top of mixture and bake in oven, uncovered, until golden or cooked through Enjoy! 09.01.2022 Steak and brussels (recipe by Samantha Jackson Samijay) I rubbed my steak with Barrier Reef spice and let sit at room temp for 30mins. Into a hot pan to sear it, then drizzled with RGS olive oil and I added some Brussel Sprout to the pan. I covered it and roasted it all for 30 mins on 160. ... Then a nice splash of Garlic Divin-O balsamic vinegar. Served on a bed of mashed potato. See more

02.01.2022 PINA COLADA MUG CAKES Recipe by Rhonda Graffin. MIX 3 Tblsp plain flour with 1/4 tsp baking powder in a cup or mug. ADD 1/2 Tblsp of brown sugar and 1 Tblsp of your favourite Flavourista chocolate powder (this one's Pina Colada). Gently STIR in 3 Tblsp milk, 1 Tblsp coconut oil and 1/2 tsp vanilla.... MICRO on high for about a minute. (Microwave ovens vary so you may like to check at about 45 seconds.) Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then serve with ice-cream, whipped cream or coconut cream. 01.01.2022 Hasselback Tomatoes (recipe by Bianca Kelynack-Widdison) Flavourista Hermosa Oil 6 Large Firm Tomatoes... 200g Haloumi (sliced) Flavourista Karami Salt Pre-heat oven to 200C and line a tray with baking paper. Make 4-5 cuts (approx. 5-8mm apart) in each tomato, stopping 1cm from the bottom. Place tomatoes on tray, drizzle with Hermosa oil, insert a slice of haloumi into each cut and sprinkle with Karami Salt. Bake for 20-25 mins or until Tomatoes have softened/are cooked through.
