24.01.2022 Good evening peoples. Just wanted everyone to know that I am trading as I normally do. Nothing changes for my interstate clients. As for Melbourne customers I can arrange pick up and drop off if you need assistance. Please be mindful that delays should be expected with freight.... There will be a shortage of diff parts stock over the next couple of months for most suppliers (Australia wide) I was aware of this coming so I prepared myself and have good stock. 23.01.2022 Glad to be able to help the lads at Autotechnique Melbourne with this 9 centre in prep for some serious duty in a blown LS. It was in for a ratio change and a health check. Filled with all the usual goodies inc my high tensile shimless solid spacer, this also got some polished gears with the help from Racecoatings so the guys can get it straight on the dyno without burning up the new gears. 21.01.2022 Just completed a 3.7 ratio ZF tru trac thats got to be the furthest destination Ive ever sent a job. Achraf Zahar contacted me few months ago with a diff enquire in which I thought this cant be serious! you want a delivery to Casablanca Morocco! Well this guy ended up being a genuine enquirie, looking to get his CSV Chevrolet Special Vehicle built here in Vic for the middle eastern market back on the road after being grounded for a few years from a blown diff. Basically... its a VE HSV. All packed and ready to fly. We started with a brand new V8 diff and stripped it out and did all the usual mods for a tuff street car. 20.01.2022 Gday Guys Wanted to introduce my personal project that has been going on slowly in the back ground. 1964 Falcon Futura Hardtop Purchased 9 years ago from Portland Oregon USA,ended up driving it around for a few years as I got it.... I sold it and never got over it and managed to get it back 2 years later. Years later its now become my new project. The goals Build a pro street theme car that could drive anywhere anytime without any special prep. So this will not break any land speed records. Reliability and drivability is more important to me. The running gear Turbo 369 8.2 deck windsor Holley Dominator EFi. Reid case Powerglide 9 diff full floater So far Im rapt in the progress . Jason Dastolli for helping with the RHD conversion on the dash and wipers. Jason will also be doing the body and paint prep. Jamie from Full flight engineering chassis and fabrication And Theo From Pavtek Performance for engine prep/machining which I picked up today and they did a mint job. 20.01.2022 Happy New Year Everyone! Been a long relaxing break thats coming to an end. Jeremy Elliott picked up his custom 9 housing with Pro9 ends to suit big bearings and commodore brakes.... Housing has laser cut brace plates welded in internally. Custom 35 spline axles with screw in studs. Strange pro iron full spool centre with cryogenic treated 3.25 gears that will be pushed along by a twin turbo 5.3 LS in his Commodore wagon. If you require any diff work pm me what you require. 19.01.2022 Hi everyone Been stuck in the shed putting together some diffs for peoples pride and joys. Had the pleasure of building a pigeon pair of centres for Dave Page and Shane Potts of Port Macquarie Transmissions. 1000+HP deals... Pro iron Shimless high tensile spacers Cryogenic treating on the ring and pinions Eaton tru tracs etc These have proven themselves now to be reliable and able to clock up some klm with NO maintenance at all. One of the quickest street driven cars running my centre is Bobi Mircevski 1 BADXY running 7.60s on 8620 forgings using the same parts I use in everyones builds. 18.01.2022 Gday guys Did a 1968 Camaro 8.2 10Bolt diff last week. We upgraded the axles with Toms USA 30 spline axles. Used a 8.5 10 bolt 30 spline Eaton tru trac as these are not available for the 8.2. Made a ring gear spacer to be a nice press fit on the tru trac and the gear to make this swap possible.... Fitted screw in studs on main caps As well as a solid pinion spacer. Was a mission to get right but worth the effort as owner didnt want to fit a 9 but needed a bit more strength for his na small block with some spray. See more

18.01.2022 Ryan from Racecoatings called on my services to upgrade his diff centre to accomodate some power upgrades that Harrop are carrying out on his VF Commodore. I started with a brand new ZF 3.27 and tore it down. Everything gets re washed. Ive added a custom tool steel shimless solid spacer,see pics... Added a tru trac Corrected the lash And replaced the main 4 bolts with studs and nuts. These changes considerably increase the chances of the diffs survival. We all know the alloy ZF cases are the weak point in the VE VF but when everything is built correctly and you have a stable pinion and carrier the case is under a whole lot less stress Drop me a line for for next 8 9 or ZF Commodore upgrades. Next year Ill be doing M80 and M86 versions. Thank you for looking.

Manny came to pick up his HX Holden 9 inch conversion made to order to take the original drum brakes and all new brackets. 31 spline axles complete with axle bearings and retaining plates fitted to make installation straight forward for the DYO guys. 12.01.2022 Hi all ya commodore buffs Shaun Hollard recently let me know that everything is going well with his new ZF Diff I built for his VE Commodore ute back in August last year. I did a solid spacer,my 6 helical gear tru trac,stud upgrade through the case and the usual tlc to assemble. Shauns running a 408 stroker na set up pushing 550hp at the treads. From what I hear it doesnt have an easy life.... Although he does take good care of it replacing the oil very regularly. Recently he participated in Auto Fest drags at Bathurst and survived once again running 5.94 to the 1/8 with a manual. Like I said when I did my first post on these ZF diffs,nothings unbreakable but these are a shit load better than a lot of the shit on offer out there. And at a reasonable price. 12.01.2022 With us Victorians in lockdown weekends are getting boring. Thankfully Ive been kept busy by you lot building diffs and screwing together Ant Thorpe 360/408 Chrysler stroker which is coming along nicely. Also note the 31 spline mustang 8 tru trac centre with solid spacer and studs in caps along with 31 spline axles with factory K Code markings on the end of the axles to go into a restored mustang.... The goal was to have everything ready for the Holden Nats but that all turned to shit to say the least so the foot come off the throttle and the pressures been off. The build 35 Spline USA billet axles with 5/8 studs Custom housing with back brace and internal brace and adjustable top arms. Billet ends to use big ford axle bearings and retain std Vk disk brakes. 08.01.2022 Something a little different. This Strange centre was built for Ryan at Racecoatings for his Turbo Torana. The case pinion support and gears had a makeover prior to assembly by the guys at Racecoatings. Case was done in a grey chemical resistant coating Pinion support in a black and the gears were polished up to eliminate the run in procedure.... Built with an Eaton 35 spline tru trac 3.0 gears And all the usual goodies. Have a safe and happy new year and catch you all later in January. See more

03.01.2022 ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECOVERED .....THANKS On the 18th of December 4 Diff centres were delivered to a property in Karuah 2324 NSW by TNT Couriers. It was signed for and taken by someone but we dont know who.... 2 x cast iron tru trac centres, both 4.11 ratio 35 spline 2 x alloy strange tru trac centres, a 3.5 and a 4.3 ratio 35 spline.
