We installed a completely flat laying system to ensure the best aesthetic possible while ensuring they still maximize the right roof area to gain optimal sun exposure. 16.01.2022 A little before and after today. Pictured is a recent removal and replacement of a competitors system off a clients roof. The system had degraded, and not held up to the weather at all, rendering it a hazard. We are often asked why we use only Sunbather solar pool heating. Aside from being locally made and backed by 45 years of engineering refinements, our solar matting will not degrade over time and pollute your pool. If you need a little extra heat in your pool, or perhaps you have a spa youd like to make toasty warm- we also sell and install gas and electric heat pumps. We sell Rheem pumps because they are a trusted and proven name that offers the best value in the short and long term for those wanting to heat their pools using gas or electric power. Plus they have local servicemen in the region should you ...need repairs done down the track. We stay away from the cheap imports (and we recommend our customers do too) as they can be highly unreliable, much more expensive to run in the long run and often lack a local service team to help you if they malfunction. Dont forget you can combine solar with your gas/electric heat pumps too if youre wanting the best of both worlds...just dont forget it is a legal requirement in many areas that you have a pool cover if youre using a fossil fuel-based heater for your pool. 10.01.2022 Lets talk pool blankets.... or perhaps you call them pool covers...either way they serve the same key purposes...but not all are created equally. We generally encourage the use of Thermal Covers...our thermal blankets are made in our Melbourne factory (yes its an Aussie made product and are built to endure the tough Aussie climate) and offer not just a great way to avoid water loss (from evaporation) and keep debris out of your pool, but they also work to help keep heat in ...during the cooler months whilst avoiding your pool overheating in the warmer months. We even have them varied thicknesses to ensure we can tailor the covers insulating effects to each region. A common complaint we get from people with cheaper style covers is that their pools become too hot in summer...aside from being unpleasant, this can actually damage some pools. Is your pool enjoying a blanket this winter?

If youre wanting solar pool heating to help you enjoy more swim time this year, but are worried about your awkward shaped or steep roof, dont despair! We have worked with some unique rooves and some very steep rooves and to date have had no roof we couldnt work around and find a great solution for.... 04.01.2022 They say the devil is in the details! _ _ We are often called out to complete repairs and replacements for other branded systems and we often find a big difference in the finer details. It is these details that can mean the difference in a system leaking or needing repair, long before it should VS lasting for years and years. ... The white saddle on the right is how we affix our pipes to ensure they are secure and look good..the other rusted saddle is what was originally used by the company who installed the original system. This system had to be repaired, as part of the service we replaced the old, rusty saddles with our long-lasting and more secure ones.
