10.01.2022 2021 kicks off for us tomorrow at 5pm for the kids, 6pm adult Muay Thai and 7pm Elite boxing. I look forward to seeing everyone again and getting back in the gym. We spent most of our holidays along the Ocean in the Eyre Peninsula and Yorke peninsula. The highlight was doing some cage diving with 3 Great White Sharks around the Neptune Islands Seal colony. Here’s a few photos I took.

01.01.2022 Liam O’Regan and Paul Panos in action on the weekend for boxing state titles. Did you know.... our Forged Warriors Muay Thai head trainer Liam O’Regan fought Paul the sting Slowinski (who went on to become the world heavy weight Muay Thai champion) for a state kickboxing title at this venue back in 1998. Many years after retiring from Muay Thai Liam took up boxing under head trainer Paul Panos and in 2011 won a state boxing title & was awarded most courageous boxer of the year with Paul in his corner. These two are a winning team . Elite boxing training tonight at 5:30pm Muay Thai training tonight at 7pm
