18.01.2022 To say I’m proud of this person right here would be a complete understatement. Hard work, determination, consistency, will power, and strength are just some of the words I think of when I think of Kelly. @kellatham This is a person right here that was unhappy and actually did something about it and stuck it out even when shit got tough. Kelly didn’t come to me from the start. She did from the initial picture on the left to my original starting photo from Kelly (featured on ...the right) all on her own. I only helped Kelly to get her to her final stages. A total of 7kg we lost together which to be honest mentally when your already in a good place (/looking bloody amazing as is) to push to the next level can be some of the hardest weeks possible. SWIPE Featured on the right is Kelly’s photo after her tummy tuck. 1.4kg of skin they took The left is Kelly right before her surgery and 7kg lighter We are now working on building Kelly’s calories up very very slowly to get her to eating as much food as she can whilst maintaining her body weight. 15.01.2022 Shout out to Peter who was part of the @crossfitwarragul3820 12 week Covid shred! The shred begun in the gym then ended back in isolation. No matter what he and his wife gave it 100%! They both stuck it out and and still reached amazing results! Peter lost a total of 11.8kg and is continuing on to now reverse diet and maintain higher calories at a lower body fat percentage without putting it all back on well done Peter!!!

May 26th 69.9kgs September 5th 61kgs Confidence has grown, knowledge of food and body has grown, muscle and strength has definitely grown, fat stores have incredibly decreased overall health for this babe @_tanayanicholson is looking so much better! bring on summer

09.01.2022 Remember Michelle’s 6 week progress photo I posted not all too long ago? Look at her now!!! I have had the delight of working with @michelle.cantwell.50 over the 12 week @crossfitwarragul3820 COVID Shred! Michelle & her husband Peter showed so much dedication despite going back into lock down half way through. They continued activity at home and kept nutrition on point! I will be working with Michelle and Peter for a further 12 weeks to reach some more goals!

05.01.2022 This is my beautiful online client Sue I am writing this with tears of happiness because I am just so so proud. Sue began with me May 4th this year at 87kg she never took an original photo so the photo on the left is her picture from the 16th of June at 79.3kg (nearly 8kg down from original weight) her second photo was taken on the 28th of September weighing 68kg and Sue’s current weight is 64.9kg!!!!! A complete total loss of 22.1kg so far! Every week Sue checks in wit...h me before I create a new plan for her and each time I am just blown away! 6 months of consistency and hard work. The journey isn’t over for her yet but I just wanted to share where we are at the 6 month mark 57 years old and kicking so many health goals Her health professionals are very happy with her health and how much she has changed her life! I still remember Sue saying to me I don’t eat all of that food do I? it seems like a lot it’s all about quality and quantities! Well done to this absolute beautiful lady! See more

05.01.2022 Online Melbourne Client @kanefknlatham making some great progress with his Nutrition! He has another coach taking care of his training program next supplementation. I love working hand in hand with other coaches as I value others opinions and always wanting to do what is best for the client! This guy ain’t finished yet but each week the progress shots come in and each week I see that - progress I had to share! Will post his final images next year when he reaches his goal! Can you believe Kane has only lost 5.7kg on the scale! Absolutely killing this recomp
