24.01.2022 This is the proof the process works ... of the 19 members that joined the project the average changes were as follows : 9.84% Is the average reduction in combined body weight and body fat measurements (skin folds)... 14.62% Is the average increase in muscular endurance for the 3 core lifts of Back Squat, Bench Press and Chin Up 18.8% Is the average increase in time to failure during incremental treadmill testing These are all significant changes in performance over a 6 week period and you all contributed to the success of this program *** Additional Information *** 3 members unable to complete testing due to : 1 x injury (unknown) 1 x relocation due to work 1 x work leave (unknown)

If your going to train... train smart
