23.01.2022 FTC Junior Open August 2017 Our weekend tournament went extremely well as rain stopped in time. We had '94 entries' from many clubs even travelling from Sydney. Both days were windy and cold - though our large club house sheltered them with hot drinks and food - which was most appreciated by parents. Though if at Grammar Courts (Saturday only)- we had so many players needed extra courts. We didn't have the club house shelter - though all stayed stoic - players appearing not deterred. We thank all the players for good sportsmanship, great play, many close matches and supportive parents. Some players even returned to defend title. Look forward in welcoming everyone back for another great tournament next year.

The Canberra Tennis Academy (CTA) aims to provide tennis coaching, training and playing opportunities for anyone wanting to learn and improve. The business has been operating since 1995 and has introduced thousands of children and adults to the game. The CTAs head coach and owner, Andrew Bulley, is well respected in the industry. He has achieved the Tennis Australia High Performance coaching qualification and also has a Sports Science degree from the University of Canberra. With over 20 years of coaching and playing experience, Andrew and his staff are ready to help you on court!
