23.01.2022 Retaining wall replacement build. - the original retaining wall needed to be replaced as all upright posts and a majority of sleepers had become rotten(see photos) resulting in wall failure. I was able to pull wall down by hand quote easily. - the new wall was designed to widen the walkway beside the house as well as reduce the height of the walls to lessening fall injuries to there 2 small children. Along with replacing the stairway. ... The new retaining walls have greatly improved the safety, appearance and function of this backyard.

12.01.2022 Decking and stair replaced. This deck was in desperate need of repair. The main structure needed to be reinforced and extended.... Along with replacing the broken pine decking with merbau decking the railing was removed, a rear step was installed and front step was upgraded. This has resulted in an area with better visual appearance and improved access to the driveway and backyard.
