03.01.2022 We at Forshaw Lawyers, in line with other organizations, are adopting the following protocols regarding COVID-19. 1. As of Monday 16 March 2020 we will be asking clients who attend our office a. Have you travelled to, through or from any of the following countries in... the last 14 days? Mainland China, Iran, South Korea, Italy (these countries may change subject to advice). b. Have you had contact with anyone who you know has a confirmed case of coronavirus in the past 14 days? If the answer to either of the above questions is YES then no face to face service is to be provided and an alternate approach must be provided. 2. Where services are provided at another organisation (courts, hospitals, community organisations) we will rely on the screening provided by the host organisation. 3. NSW Courts are providing their own screening and we will rely on that screening process for anyone providing services at court. Thank you for your understanding.
