22.01.2022 To everyone- from locals to visitors who are attending our ANZAC Day dawn service and/or march and service. Can I ask that you please make the effort to visit ...us at the Mornington RSL. For either our Gunfire Breakfast from 6:30am at $5 a plate and/or after the March/Service for lunch, footy and two-up. Pulled beef rolls at $5. Hot Dogs for the kids $3. We also have a huge raffle with lots of great prizes kindly donated by local businesses. We have noticed over the past few years that less people visit our Club on ANZAC Day. We also notice that more and more businesses are opening early to capitalise from the huge crowd and special day. We are a very small Club that needs your support especially on ANZAC Day as all moneys raised goes back to supporting our Veterans. We understand that a lot of you cant visit us and if this is the case we ask that you support us by joining as a member which starts at $20 with new members getting a $15 venue voucher upon joining on ANZAC Day only. Wouldnt you rather visit the RSL for a cheap fun day with hearty food and good people than paying inflated prices with a 15% surcharge at another venue? We get 3k-5k attending our services but only 100-300 visit us at the RSL. Please make the effort this year and come and see our beautiful mural and updated Club. Lest we forget
