20.01.2022 The World Health Organisation recommended daily sugar intake is 24g which is equivalent to 6 teaspoons. Did you know that the average Australian is consuming 14 teaspoons a day Hidden sugars in our everyday foods can cause our sugar intake to quickly add up but by reading the labels on the food being placed in our trolleys we can gain a better understanding of the amount of sugar lurking in the depths of many of the foods we are consuming.
