25.01.2022 Another tandem elite completed last week. This one has a single drawer out the rear with an open space next to it for the longer tools to go under the false floor.

25.01.2022 Mower Trailers Mower trailers have such a vast range of options that it would be hard to find 2 that are exactly the same. Theres all the standard differences such as size and weight but then you get into differences such as rear ramps or rear barn doors, full side toolbox or no toolbox, sheet enclosed mower deck, mesh enclosed mower deck or even an open mower and then of course for there is always the mower tipper trailers. When we build mower trailers we definitely need to... make sure we get good photos as there is almost a guarantee that theres something different. The mower trailers most commonly range from 7x5 single axle to 8x5 tandem but of course we custom build so if your after what you perceive to be an odd size we can do it and of course as with all of our trailers we can also build it completely out of aluminium. Take the large composite panel van with aluminium nose cone, that particular trailer was built for a race car but also had to have compartments in the front for storage when travelling. 22.01.2022 Jason from Townscape Garden Managers picked up his second full aluminium tipper trailer from us last night. If you guys have been following our page you would have seen my post from last year about Jasons first trailer and then Jason came back to us for a second trailer. This trailer is a bit fancier then his first as it has a full set of stairs to a landing on the front. Its a 10x6 flat top full aluminium electric hydraulic tipper with 3ton GVM, it has a sheeted cage with ...a half drop down side and the rear barn doors double as a ramp as well. 19.01.2022 Cattle Crate Trailers So in light of the cattle crate we did last week I though this would be the perfect time to post about our cattle crate trailers. Cattle crate trailers are built for just that, transporting cattle, But they can also be used for other purposes or multiple purposes. We have a quite a few customer add legs on the crate in order to help remove it and use the trailer as a standard trailer. This customer needed the trailer to be versatile as he was using it for standard yard work, tip runs etc. but also wanted it for motorbikes. Greg originally rang up to inquire about a galvanised trailer as he lives on the coast however when we explained that he may be better with aluminium he definitely agreed.

17.01.2022 We have had a few inquiries for cattle crates these last 2 weeks and most of them have asked whether the crate can be removed so the trailer can also be used as a standard box trailer. All our cattle crates are removable but you can also get the added legs on the crate to assist in removing the crate from the trailer. Its easy for us to say all cattle crates are removable but as you can imagine that does not make it easy as the crate is obviously heavy hence the reason for us to create the legs to help our customers. 13.01.2022 Here are some photos of another elite tradesman trailer that has been customised to suit our customers requirements. This elite is a 7x4 single axle with brakes to 1450kg. As you can see our customer changed the racks and instead of a rear lift up door he opted for just a tailgate. Internally it has a full false floor and front to rear divider and as you can see the toolbox on the front is custom size for the customer. 06.01.2022 Hey guys, First off wed like to apologise for our lack of posts lately, we have just been so busy we havent had much of a chance. I wanted to share this one with you, now its not a trailer but it could come in quite handy for people who borrow lawn mowers or need to transport there own. We had a customer come in and request for us to build a mower deck to be mounted into his towbar, now at first we were a little skeptical and had to do some figures to make sure it would wo...rk. When we did that we actually though it was a very smart idea. Some gardeners dont have a lot of tools or prefer to use there ute to transport them but just need something to carry the mower, this is the solution. It is made out of full aluminium so its very light weight and easily handled and has a drop down ramp just like a standard mower deck. Our customer was very impressed, what do you guys think? 06.01.2022 OZZIE For all of our wonderful customers who were lucky enough to meet our mascot/office worker Ozzie we regret to inform you that Ozzie passed away late last week. Those of you that did get the chance to meet him will understand Ozzie was not just a dog, he was very special and will be missed by many. 05.01.2022 Box Trailers So these are obviously standard trailers and can be very versatile in what they are used for. We have a lot of customers who call up just wanting a price on a 6x4 and then realizing there are a few different ratings and options. Most commonly the lightest weight 6x4 is probably bought by someone who is only looking at using it every now and then for a run to the tip or moving some furniture, so they dont really need a higher rating then 500kg GVM. The customers ...who are looking at buying a trailer for work will normally go for a larger size trailer and even up rate the GVM. The reason being the trailer they buy is going to get a lot more use and usually carry a lot more weight. Most of our coastal customers who ring up asking for prices on galvanized trailers generally end up ordering the aluminium. Trailers that live closer to the coast rust out years quicker then others so these customers buy the aluminium as aluminium does not rust. Its a 7x5 single axle full aluminium box trailer, with full propeller plate aluminium body and mill finish 2ft cage, with a 750kg GVM, new sunraisia rims and light truck tyres, jockey wheel and spare wheel. The full aluminium trailers definitely turn some heads.
