09.01.2022 Breast Cancer Awareness Month-October We are so pleased to share an exciting event we have been working on with our charity partner, Breast Cancer Foundation Australia. In support of breast cancer awareness month, we organized a High Tea event in our Head Office in Melbourne to raise the funds and followed by our SYDNEY, BRISBANE, PERTH, ADELAIDE, TASMANIA AND NEW ZEALAND teams. The breast cancer rate is 12.5%, which means 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. There has been a decline in breast cancer diagnosis during COVID-19 due to people putting off and getting tested. Silvans management encourages all female staff and family member to test. If it is detected at the early stage, it may be easier to treat. We also hope to send our best wishes to the breast cancer fighter out there.

09.01.2022 Today We are very pleased to introduce our new touchless "Biometrics facial recognition system" to all our staff, sites around Australia and New Zealand. Getting an employee to fill out a timesheet correctly and truthfully is a hard task for any Cleaning Company HR Department. Especially when you expect your cleaners to work autonomously. Silvans use our own Mobile application which is available on both IOS and Android phones to track our cleaners’ time and the location at wo...rk. It is not only for payroll purposes but also to ensure that our cleaners are safe if they work alone or if an incident happens. We now introduce Facial Recognition into our Cleaner Mobile App as an extra layer of security for our clients. Cleaners will be asked to verify their Face-ID at their login and out of each shift. This will eliminate any negative behaviour from cleaners by sharing the same device to log in multiple accounts or at incorrect locations. With Silvans own in-house IT Development team, we are using the latest technology to improve our services continuously. Our clients can be assured that they are getting the value for money at their expectation.
