23.01.2022 Air Force Graders are now contracting for 18/19 harvest. New rye grass removal system, simply slow down the fan on the header and cart the ryegrass out in the chaser bin. We can also clean canola, lupins, chickpeas wheat, barley, remove rock and frosted grain. We can pre-clean before you seed clean. At 60 tonnes per hour, we can keep up with two headers.... We will travel anywhere. $10 per tonne on sliding scale. We will be collecting data for future operating settings and paddock trial information. Clean grain for the container trade. 19.01.2022 Barley at Ken Booths reduced ryegrass from 2.78% to 0.28% and increased the weight from 67.41 to 69.24

17.01.2022 High speed grading straight from the header. Harvest the ryegrass in with the grain and remove it from the paddock, along with grading frosted grain and normal seed cleaning. That was our aim when we started building in 2017. The Air Force Grader is now ready to go to work. Come and see the machine operating on a farm near you. We hope to see as many farmers as possible, starting in the north and ending in the Southwest. This machine is our prototype, so we are still testing and collecting data to be ready for next year.

16.01.2022 Grading at Anthony Applegates place at Cadoux today removing ryegrass from barley. Good result got 5.8% rye grass down to 1.6% the maximum to deliver to CBH is 2%.
