17.01.2022 My little assistant Coco gave up the fight today and has gone to doggie heaven with her mates. She gave us just over 14 years and we are sad and missing so much already, she loved coming into the salon and watching all the doggies being clipped even though she hated being groomed
12.01.2022 Foxy Furs Terrigal will be closed from today 27th April till the 8th May, Kitty and myself are taking a week holiday and be back for and ready to start grooming again. Feel free to call and leave a message and I will txt you back with a time if you want to get in early.

I would like to remind everyone that this business was originally Lisa’s my daughter, and I have carried it on in her memory, of whom I miss and loved so much. We are closed now until the 2nd January 2018. See you all next year

03.01.2022 Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our wonderful customers, thank you for all your loyal support throughout the year. We have gotten many new customers and we welcome you, we have also lost a few old doggies who have gone to heaven and bought tears to our eyes. We will reopen on the 4th January 2019 so call after the new year and we will book you in.
01.01.2022 A dear friend and client who lost her husband a few weeks ago has called me today to ask if I know anyone who could look after her little doggie Barry, as she has to go into hospital for about 3 weeks. He is a dear little boy, and very well trained. I would look after him but going away, so can’t commit. If anyone can help call Foxy Furs pet grooming on 43841641
01.01.2022 Dear Foxy Furs Customers, as you are aware from our Text messages, we sent last week, we will be closing on the 3rd August 2019. Our last trading day will be on this day. It is with sadness that I have made this decision, I will be semi-retiring and moving on to new opportunities. When we first opened in Terrigal, we never expected to be this successful, with over 3000 customers on our books and 900 regular customers, this just surprised us. Most of you know that I opened the... Business at Terrigal in memory of my Daughter Lisa Maree, who founded Foxy Furs and died tragically in 2008. Over the eleven years I have been grooming we have had 3 salons and we have encountered wonderful customers and made beautiful friends, a wonderful legacy. I would like to thank everyone for their support over the years and most of all the joy from all their pets, from the Doggies, Cats, Guinea Pigs, Rabbits and a few hairy men, wanting a clip too. First, I would like to thank my beautiful daughter Mollie who has worked alongside me and supported the business. As she got older, she helped run the salon on the days I couldn’t be there, to be in the other salons. Mollie gave me the opportunity to have a holiday, a well needed rest. I would like to thank Fran from the International Grooming School, who is no longer with us, and through her generosity she allowed Scottie to teach me to groom. Thank you, Scottie, for your patience. I would like to thank Dave for coming every week to collect our blades and getting them sharpened. To Helen for letting us rent the shop and for letting us park in her driveway and putting up with our customers parking there most days while dropping off and picking up their pets. Over the years Foxy Furs has had a lot of girls work for us. Kate in Hervey Bay who went on to Groom on the Sunshine Coast who was a good and loyal girl. Rhiannon who came to the rescue in Hervey Bay when I needed her. Thanks to Jen who worked at Foxy Furs Terrigal and I cannot forget Kitty who has always been there for support and who made me laugh all day, and of course being the daughter from another mother. Lastly and most importantly, thank you Lisa Maree, I love you and miss you everyday. This is not the end of Foxy Furs; we will be starting up new ventures in the future and will keep everyone posted.
