The more out of touch we are with the natural laws that exist in our reality, the more severe the symptoms are that we suffer. . .... Jacque Fresco lived to 101 years old. He had horrible posture and movement. I got to see it a while back in person. What do I think got him by? His mechanistic perspective about pretty much everything. Eventhough his body didn't fully work like a tensegrity, his brain and his values were the tensegrity keeping him together. . . You can tell a lot about a person's anxieties by their none verbal communication, and fresco in his older days had it very much on point. As a wise up from my still childlike state, I aspire more and more to be like Jacque. He never got credit for much, but still managed to keep things together for 101 years. Impressive is a huge understatement for the man. I know he would hate someone idolizing him after his death, but it needs to be mentioned. . . If you're looking for self help, I'm not sure you can find a better individual than him to listen to. In modern times, I think a closer look at his creation @thevenusproject would be merited. #thevenusproject
18.01.2022 @naudiaguilar . I concern myself much less with anatomical diagrams than I do with concepts of mechanical propulsion. There are tension and hydrolic compression concepts that drive the body to move in space. When you potentiate motion the right way, it automatically creates joint traction. . . The body is a traction suit. The reason we lose joint traction as we age is related to the amount we program our body to spiral in one direction. That spiral decompresses certain are...as on the body, while compressing others. Animals do nothing about this spiral dominance, and it has made wonder what happens when an animal like a human figures out how to potentiate spirals in an opposite fashion. I believe this is the most fundamental place where longevity resides. . . The tricky part about undoing our spiral is how they are structurally formed in our bodies. Most people think the problems are in the tissues that move the body. To some degree they are, but the point of greatest concern to me is how spirals form in bones. . . Since bones are mostly hard, it's quite the process to try and get them to untwist. The contractions you need to have to facilitate an untwisting of bones takes a specific kind of precision. It's not enough to just hit positions and expect bones to reform. If you take that approach, you still miss places that need untwisting that will be a problem later. You have to contract muscles in a precise way to get them to reform. This is why I use IMAPs to tug on bones as my main tool of choice to figure this out. For those of you who have done them in the past and wondered why they are so difficult, by design I them as my tool of choice for reforming bones.
