Kathy Birch Hanu Yoga Margaret River is in Exmouth and I’ll be holding the space for her. I’m excited to share what I’ve learnt from my teachers while we’ve been closed, and to teach to real bodies not a screen!

08.01.2022 Darling yogis I’m sorry but I have to cancel tonight’s Ocean Yoga Flow class. I suggest you roll out your mats, do a downward dog and a couple of warriors 1 and 2, triangle and reverse triangle. Then take a back bend, followed by a twist or 2 and you’ll have done a nice little 20-30 minute practice. Go slow and go deep. You get insights when you do your self practice. Good luck. Big hugs. I'm inspired by my teachers Eddie Modestini and Kristin Bosteels who I study with on this zoom platform......it works so give it a go!
