23.01.2022 Are you sorted? set up? stress free?... Remote learning is here and the boys have taken it upon themselves to set their workstations up and hopefully bounce out of bed in the morning...I hope! Here are a few blends to pop into their diffusers to help promote alertness, focus and motivation. I'm on annual leave this week as I had planned to go to DoTERRA Convention later this week but it was cancelled. Good timing though as I can help the boys if they need it. I am looking at the positives of this situation though and if they can gain some independent learning skills I think that's a great thing. Peppermint and Wild Orange is known as the "get shit done" blend so I may start with that and then try a few of these in the coming days. A big thank you to the teachers for all the extra effort and planning they have done too.

05.01.2022 A N Z A C D A Y 2 0 2 0 What a different feel today had about it. I stood at the end of my driveway in silence at 6am until I could hear The Last Post playing across the town. ... My Dad is a proud Vietnam Vet and today is an important day on the calender for him and his digger mates. We couldn't watch Dad March on the tv and see him wave to us at home this year. No March in Melbourne this year so look out 2021! I've been putting in some long days and weekends with my team mates at work and today I took my oils to work and diffused a blend that had a bit of an ANZAC Day Vibe for me. So even though it was spent a little differently this year, my mind and thoughts were certainly in reflection and respect mode. I hope you all took some time out today to think about the diggers and make a pledge to do the same again next year if you can't make a dawn service or a March. 02.01.2022 I've said before I'm an oils and plants kind of gal but I think my plants love essential oils too! Well, I'm sure it's also the mist from the diffuser that they love but with the best plant based essential oils wafting through our home the plants aren't complaining.
