20.01.2022 Recently I had the opportunity to create this splendid wedding cake for two fine ladies. Congratulations Denika-May & Michele. It was such a pleasure to be involved!

17.01.2022 We were so honoured that Tania chose us to be a part of her daughter Lola’s Holy Communion! To mark the occasion, we went to work creating this lavish dessert table from top to bottom. These dessert cups are so fun to make, and Lola and her guests got to savour just the perfect portion of tiramisu, cookies and cream, and mango cream moussejust to mention a few. But as darling as they are, the real star of the show is this glamourous 3-tier mud cake done up in gold confetti fondant and pink fusion ruffle buttercream! Congratulations to Lola! And an extra special thanks goes out to Cath, whose helping hands made sure the day was smooth sailing. We couldn’t have done it without you!

16.01.2022 Naked cupcakes are one of our favourite ways to freshen up a classic treat. We whipped up this batch in blue and white buttercream and topped them with shortbread white chocolate cookies to celebrate the baptism of twin boys: B for Billy, and L for Luke! Congratulations to these beautiful baby boys.

15.01.2022 No more cream in the fridge or sugar in the cupboard.... !! Years of cake for breakfast has sadly come to an end, We are closing down. Every cake sliced & served started with a sprinkle of love and by gosh i have loved every late night creating your buttercream stack of goodness, Thankyou for allowing us to be a part of your memories. 10.01.2022 Congratulations to Ria and Dale on 30 years of marriage! These two sweethearts celebrated their anniversary with a classic duo of vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, both covered in vanilla buttercream and topped with shortbread cookies coated in white chocolate. A few of these were made using our gluten-free recipe, which we love just as much as the original.

Frankie & Co were given the confidential envelope confirming if we should make the cake pink or blue.... So what do you think "Prince or Princess" ? ... 04.01.2022 Our most recent client Miss Evie had her 5th Birthday party planned and provided me with a very detailed list of requirements for the cake... It was to be rainbow colours inside and strawberry flavoured.. Also had to have a stage where Livi Popstar could preform... I think we nailed the brief. (Cakes do not have to be all fondant, Props add a new dimension and make it come alive)
