19.01.2022 So, I had 1 of my very first customers present a problem the other day, her plastic base had melted and stuck to the blade. she had to use great force to remove the base. she was loveley to me, just asking for advice. The jug wouldn't go back together, then, so she therefore could not use her Thermomix. Anyway no stress at all to me. I was very thankful she called and luckily I have a second jug I was able to lend her for now, whilst I speak to customer care at... headquarters and see what can be done for her especially as it is under warranty. skip a day or 2, Thermomix will replace the base free and asap, and the tiny bit of melted plastic has been removed with a little elbow grease. so, My lovely customer can continue cooking. , Im sharing this story, because SHIT does happen, and I am here to help you through it. Thermomix are such an amazing company, they have even swapped the odd thing for me. I really do love my job. Thanks to all of you for sharing your love too and for recommending ME! It really is awsome. See more
