06.01.2022 You’ll see we have an orange lady at the gym, her job is to create awareness against violence against women, or anyone for that matter!! The Zonta Club of Beaudesert provide support to women and girls both locally and internationally. Zonta support women who have been removed from violent relationships, by giving donations to the refuge where they are staying.... The Zonta ladies sew and send cushions to hospitals so they can hand them out to patients after they have had breast surgery. If you would like more information about the Club let me know.

We’re only taking a short break from classes this year Reception and Kids Club will also be closed during this period (21 Dec-10 Jan). Members will have 24/7 access to the gym, saunas and virtual classes on our Fitness on Demand system which is located upstairs in the Wellness Studio. ... The Fitness on Demand system offers a huge range of classes - Yoga, Cardio, Combat, Stretch, Spin, HiiT and Weight classes. Have a look on the iPad that is located beside the beautiful beach picture, you’ll find heaps of options! Turn the fans and air conditioner on and make yourself comfortable, then be sure to work hard!! I would like to thank you for a wonderful year!! It was definitely ‘unprecedented’ and the effects of Covid19 were extremely unwelcome, but we’ve all bounced back from it! Your happy and energetic faces make all of us love our jobs that much more!!
