07.01.2022 A true adventure. Sometimes, things don't totally go to plan. In this case, our original backcountry skiing trip was thwarted by my complete inability to ski (who knew you had to actually practice and have skillz...). A quick reset of the plans resulted in us covering just a few KMs from our car, and finding this absolute gem of a camping spot. Instead of pushing, we slowed down and spent some time relaxing and enjoying the experience... Not just rushing to get somew...here. By being totally flexible with our plans, we took a stressful situation and turned it into an extremely fun and relaxing experience. As a wise women once said "Ain't about how fast I get there Ain't about what's waiting on the other side. It's the climb" - Miley Cyrus Next adventure, I challenge you to not aim to cover a great daily distance of kms, but instead enjoy the experience of actually being somewhere, fully present without the pressure of rushing. @ Snowy Mountains
