23.01.2022 December 8th SUNDAY SOUND BALM CANCELLATION... and advising an earlier-than-planned conclusion to SOUND BALM for 2019. I've realised I need to take my own advice, and take time out for some much-needed self-care. This has been a challenging year for me as I worked to balance personal and practice needs with the demands of helping to manage a change of circumstances for my father... including ongoing, increasingly frequent and longer stays in Brisbane. This has unsuprisingly t...aken a toll, hence my decision not to proceed with this Sunday's or any further sessions for the year. Please accept my heartfelt thanks for your support throughout 2019, and best wishes for a restful and happy time with family and friends over the break and year ahead. I look forward to seeing you again in 2020 after I've been in touch with my Sound Balm plans. Fiona

The Rat is the first sign from the 12 animals cycle of the Chinese Astrology, and for this reason, 2020 is considered a year of new beginnings and renewals... exactly what so many of us would wish for, but especially for those directly affected by the fires that have devastated so much of the country.
