07.01.2022 Thanks so much to Jill for the great idea.... ISO100 in place of the postponed Legacy 100 Entry is free ... RULES ISO100 is not a race it’s a challenge. Your challenge. ISO100 must be completed between 24th April and 27th April Prize - $50 Intersport Voucher - the committee will determine the winner taking in to consideration the time it takes to complete, the degree of difficulty, the effort, how inspiring and creative you are. To qualify for the prize you must share your results in a post to our FRT Facebook group from whatever tracking app you use. Swim - 1KM- you choose, swim in a river, lake, ocean (if you can). Your own pool with or without a tether. SUP or row if you choose. Or you can simply share your 1KM PB swim. Ride - 90km - you choose wind trainer or road. Solo or with 1 other person as per COVID19 restrictions. You choose the route and degree of difficulty. Run - 9km - run or walk from your home or on a treadmill ISO100 is open to ANYBODY ANYWHERE so feel free to tag a mate and good luck #lifeisfunwhenyourswimriderun

04.01.2022 Hey we have our ride in this Saturday morning leaving Riverway car park at 5 am . Depending on numbers there will be two groups . Group 1 at 32 kph plus out to ...calcium depending on the weather and traffic and and a slower group to Woodstock - no one gets left behind. A couple of a servos along the way to top up water if needed. If anyone would be keen to be our sag wagon just in case that would be fantastic meet for coffee after at fat dogz Comment below if your joining us
