10.01.2022 57 Fishing Boat | Updates We had to repair a hole in the boat before towing it off the beach in Lancelin! We covered the damage with hessian sacks and 800kg of fast set cement for damage under the engine. 3 x 200 litre per/minute pumps then towed the boat to Two Rocks Marina. We patched up the second hole with plywood and 2 cartons of Sika Flex before towing it back to the Fremantle Sailing Club ready for repairs

09.01.2022 A Thames rover boat, built around 1920 England and brought to Perth. Fremantle Shipwrights installed marine plywood to the original hull with thick, mahogany planks to the outside. Now it looks good as new!

08.01.2022 New Job - 57 Fishing Boat The vessel went up onto the beach in Lancelin before the boat was towed to Two Rocks Boat lifters. Fremantle Shipwrights went up to seal the damage and safely deliver the boat into the Fremantle Sailing Club for some TLC - with a little help from a 2000 galloon a minute pump Were about to start the extensive repairs - stay tuned!

03.01.2022 Working Progress | Caribbean 40 Caribbean 40 was leaving the Rottnest bay, when two rogue waves went over the bow and through the front windscreen, flooding everything! The fallen glass caused excessive damage to the whole fit out. Water flooding entered the engine room and electrics! Fremantle Shipwrights are well underway with the insurance work, removing the engines, electrics, fit out and carpets. ... The Engines are getting an overhaul and Dyno tuned so theyll be good as new! Were also replacing the shattered front glass screen for a durable moulded fibreglass front - just in case! We cant wait to show you the progress, watch us transform this boat into a beauty!
