16.01.2022 Zoes stellar AWL Season: A big congratulations to Marlin star Zoe Arancini, who was crowned the 2019 MVP for the league, winning the Debbie Watson Medal! Zoe scored a whopping 64 goals from 20 games (2nd most in the league) and was also named in the 2019 AWL All Star Team. Well done Zoe on such an amazing year!

06.01.2022 AWL Round 5 - Fremantle Water Polo once again proved their strength beating UWA Torpedoes in both the mens and womens matches to take a clean sweep of the second Western Derby. The depth of both teams were tested as many Freo players had committed to the Rottnest Swim for Charity well over a year ago, and some of them came back to Perth to play the Derby (after swimming 19.2km to Rotto!), which showed great character to not let their teams down. Well done to both the Marlins and Mariners players for digging deep to secure two great wins.

05.01.2022 It has been a busy few weeks for Fremantle Water Polo. The players endurance was tested in Round 4 with only a 3 day break from a gruelling 2 stop road trip to Brisbane and Newcastle. By the end of Round 4 our players had played 8 hard games in 11 days. In true #wharfie style our teams played hard to record some great wins.

01.01.2022 Round 1 of the 2020 OVO AWL season saw the Fremantle Mariners triumph over cross town rivals UWA Torpedoes 14-8. Captain Joel Swift scored 3 goals for the match with 2 each from Peter Tomasevic, Luke Pavillard, Cody Smith and singles to Jordan Kremers-Taylor, Will Mackay, Pol Barnena, Alistair Bruce and James Fannon. A great team effort from the #wharfies and a great start to the season for Freo.
