TENS does not do micro-currents, stimulate ATP, or improve protein synthesis. Micro-current is approved in the category of TENS devices by the FDA & TGA. TENS devices deliver milliamp current and block pain messages that are tying to get up the spine to the brain. Micro-current delivers subsensory microamperage current, 1000 times less than m...illi-amperage current, which has been shown in published studies to increase ATP production in tissues. TENS is much higher in Voltage and only designed to stop pain signals in the brain. Healy is low in voltage. It is micro-current which is gentler to the cells. 07.01.2022 Great story @@@@@ Hi everyone! I LOVE MY HEALY!... My mom and I own a Thermography and Wellness Office. For those of you that don't know what Thermography is, it is digital infrared thermal imaging. We see inflammation, pathology, lesions, hormonal imbalances, pain and so much more. It is a tremendous gift to be able to say that you are feeling better, have relief from certain symptoms and ailments that you've had for years, but it is a whole nother thing to be able to actually SEE what is going on inside and watch your body go back to balance/homeostasis. These pictures are from a client I saw yesterday. He and his mom had already purchased the Healy and wanted to come by and do a couple sessions while they were waiting for it to arrive. Coincidentally the son started to get a terrible migraine before they came and by the time they got to me it was in full force.
