Male peppers have 3 bumps and female peppers have 4 bumps, so next time you order - flip it over and it will give you insight on whether it's better for eating raw or cooking. Did you know a Lemon is actually classified as a Berry?... Lemons are very high in vitamin C, which protects against various diseases and contributes to a strong immune system. When flu season is around our go to for getting rid of the sniffles is Lemon, Ginger and Manuka honey in a cup of boiling water.. Tasty yet effective :)
