Lighten up a hallway, especially narrow, or staircases with a long mirror. This will help create the illusion space is bigger and add some extra light. 09.01.2022 TOWNHOUSE TRANSFORMATION I was thrilled when the owners of 9/11 South Terrace, Como contacted me to discuss the sale of their townhouse. Having previously worked with them to sell their own home, they had a good idea of what I was about to present to them with ideas to update their long-held investment property.... This property had so much potential. The property was built in the '70s and had a great layout and large bedroom and living spaces. 04.01.2022 MAIDENHAIR FERNS - HOW TO GET THE MOISTURE LEVEL RIGHT Keep the soil evenly moist and never allow to dry out completely. I am now in the habit of checking the moisture level in the pot most days.... When I water, I take the plant to the sink and wet the soil through. I find this allows me to give a more even watering throughout the pot.
