14.01.2022 Regular question we get in store is how do you store herbs? Here is some tips to maximise the life of fresh herbs. 1. If you have more fresh herbs than you can use, you can dry them by doing the following: Place the leaves on a plate (chopped if using basil or parsley; whole if using thyme or rosemary) and set aside in a cool, dry place for several days (3-5 days). Then store them in a resealable container in the refrigerator once product has dehydrated. ... 2. Keep Herbs Fresh! Trim stem of herbs that do not have a root system, place in a small cup of water and allowed herbs to have a filtered light position such as a kitchen windowsill, change water every 2 days. Herbs should last up to 2 weeks with this method. Always love to hear feedback from customers about how you have succeeded in storing your herbs.

Every night we also have the store cleaned ...and sanitised professionally for the safety and comfort of our staff and customers.
