24.01.2022 G'day, Wolf. Just thought I'd let you know that the guests I took to freshStart last week came away very impressed with both the coffee and service. Given they are what I would call coffee "snobs", that's a big call, but it's well justified. I'm glad I've found a place which can actually make a long black the way it should be made, and with a great bean recipe as well. Greg O'Connor

14.01.2022 freshStart Coffee & Juice Bar is now offering a choice of two coffee blends from award winning coffee roaster Blue Sky Coffee: Midnight Oil Blend: Strong espresso... Midnight Oil is aimed at the serious espresso drinker. It is strong and rich with a bittersweet finish. It is roasted to a medium-dark level to minimise acidity and allow caramelisation. SUMATRAN beans give distinctive and intense earthy and spicy notes. Beans from PNG contribute a fruity aroma and a sweet earthy body. BRAZILIAN bourbon beans add nutty and cocoa flavours and a bright lift. A hint of INDIAN Robusta beans gives a bold kick.
