We are only able to handle emergency carpet cleaning problems such as pet accidents and vacate carpet cleaning. 10.01.2022 We just booked in a customer to help with her cat wee smell. Poor cat got accidentally locked in a room and probably was so frightened. Left a nice surprise for her mummy! Why is cat urine more difficult to remove? Cats have a more concentrated urine than dogs. Their urine is very concentrated as they originated from the desert. Cats absorb a large amount of water from the urine to maintain hydration. ... Cats have a very long loop of henle - "A cat’s loop of henle is extremely efficient at squeezing every last drop of absorbable water that this concentration makes the urine smell foul." Dogs have a much more diluted urine which means the odour isn’t as strong and less yellow in colour than cats. Scrubbed the tiles and grout lines to work in the cleaning solution 3. Let dwell for 15 minutes for optimal results 4. With our latest truck mount equipment from the USA costing $50k we applied high pressure and heat and extracted all the dirt to our machines waste tank 5. Placed down fans to assist with drying Typical home - tile cleaning of kitchen , laundry, bathroom and lounge room would be between $400-$600 P.s Toorak mansion doesn't qualify as a normal sized home

07.01.2022 Has your cat or dog been misbehaving on your carpet? Steam Cleaning alone will not remove the stain or odour! The stain must be treated with a specialised cleaning solution and let dwell for 30-60 minutes to take full effect.... The pet stain is then flushed removing the urine from the carpet and underlay. In some extreme cases we recommend having the sub floor treated and carpet replaced.
