25.01.2022 Doing it in black today out of love and respect for my many black friends and their friends and family at such a difficult time I can’t imagine. I’m not black, but the spirit of Friday45 most certainly is, a spirit of fun, expression, community, sharing, support and love. All spirits I know were born into the better me but were given new understanding, depth and power through the time I’ve spent with black people in black community. While I can never know it or understand it, I feel the pain of black people around the world at this time and stand with you in your fight. #aboriginallivesmatter #blacklivesmatter PS: The Friday45 ISO Challenge was a draw today. Darcie out with a sore knee so the boys fought out a freezing, fun 4-4 battle. Have a great weekend everyone. 45

20.01.2022 Bit of a shoot around under a beautiful blue morning sky was one of our challenges on another Friday Funday 45. One thing is becoming painfully obvious over the course of this year. The boy’s got me. And not just in height. Hope everyone is going well and looking forward to a great weekend. 45

19.01.2022 Light stroll around Shepp with my little mate Charlie this morning. First time back at the reins for a week or so after some minor knee duress. Really missed this part of my day, and we’re both very grateful to Ollie for taking up the lead in my absence. Have a great weekend everyone. 45

17.01.2022 Flying solo to the beat of a beautiful sunrise this morning for a nice, quiet, reflective little movement routine. Kids back swimming now which is great so only guest appearances now for my two great Play Day friends. Hope everyone is going well and wish you all the best for the coming weekend. 45

16.01.2022 It was hard work after trailing early, but Dad took out the Friday45 ISO Play Day Challenge for the second week in a row, this time against Darcie Rose. Unfortunately, Ollie had a bit of a sore neck from earlier in the week and was unable to join in today. Full list of challenges was Over The End Line Tennis (Dad) Target Frisbee Race (Darcie) Super Skipping (Darcie, including 500 no stop to take the title)... 15.01.2022 Nice morning stroll with Charlie and then a short indoor strength and stretch session to start the day. Have a great weekend everyone. 45

14.01.2022 Back into Play Day mode this week with some tennis, basketball and soccer on the menu ... and a nice little goal kicking challenge on the footy field to finish. It was a close battle as always, and a whole lot of fun. Dad took the overall victory but not before Ollie set a new record of 24 points in the three minute basketball shooting challenge. 12.01.2022 It was Dad’s Day today in the Friday45 Play Day ISO CHALLENGE. On a beautiful, foggy morning, the kookaburras were in full cry and competition was fierce including an epic unbroken skip off battle that ended with Dad and Darcie registering well over the 1000 mark before Dad flicked out. Ollie made a late charge taking double points for victory in the 1 to 10 multiplier dice challenge but it was Dad’s overall consistency (and class ) that gave him this week’s tile. Can’t say enough how good it is to start the day moving your body. Especially in such great company. Love you Jack, love you Rose, have a great weekend everyone. 45 .

11.01.2022 Today was my 100th Friday45 since starting my fun little physical activity promotion back in October, 2018. It was a great morning with my boy Ollie taking on a first to 100 points challenge. We’ll call it a draw. Getting out and about to start the day was the winner. Thanks to everyone who has supported and encouraged me on this journey and especially those who have taken part either remotely or in one of the Friday morning sessions with me in Shepparton. It means the world to me. Here are some of the photos I’ve captured on what has been a really enjoyable 100 weeks with hopefully more to come. Have a great weekend everyone. 11.01.2022 Back with the three of us for the first time in a few weeks and the young prince did it again, Ollie taking out the Guthrie family Friday45 ISO challenge on 27 points ahead of dad on 22 and Darcie 21. Ten games this week with a big highlight being the 15 pin bowling challenge where it finished in an epic three way tie on 5 each. Would have been worthy of some crowd noise if we had some handy. All good fun as always. Hope everyone is keeping active and well and looking forward to a lovely weekend. 45
