20.01.2022 In 2020 there will be a couple of BIG changes to E & H Massage Therapy!! The first one as most of my clients are aware is that I will no longer be offering Equine massage. This was a tough decision but one I felt needed to be made in order to fully focus on the human side of things and allow myself the time to continue my studies and expand on my knowledge and skills. A big THANKYOU to all of my equine clients for their continued support over the past few years I will miss s...eeing you and your horses! Not offering equine massage anymore means I needed a name change! As of the new year E & H Massage Therapy will be running as PJM Remedial Massage Therapy.

20.01.2022 PJM Remedial Massage Therapy will remain closed. I have made this decision as I will soon be going on maternity leave. I hope to re-open later this year, if not early 2021. I will be re-opening in a new location, so will keep you all posted on a date and location when the time comes. Although I was not open for very long this year, I would like to thank all of my clients for your continued support A reminder that all gift vouchers that expire this year will still be honoured next year so make sure you hold on to them!

17.01.2022 CLOSED until Easter As of monday (23/3/20) PJM Remedial Massage Therapy will be closed for 3 weeks. I apologise to all of my clients for such short notice but it is a decision that I had to make regarding COVID19. Safety is my number one concern for all of my clients, some of whom are at-risk populations. I feel a strong sense of social responsibility to help in any way to slow the spread of the virus and to protect the at-risk populations in our community. Since my prof...ession involves being in close proximity and sharing the air for an extended time in a small room, a virus like this can be spread very quickly despite the best infection control and hygiene precautions. With that in mind, I am taking this situation seriously and have decided to take action now to temporarily close my practice to slow the curve of COVID19 spread and lessen the sudden overload on our medical facilities locally. At this stage I will be closed for 3 weeks - until Easter. I will then reassess the situation and keep you posted on my decision to stay closed for longer or open back up. I would prefer to be over cautious and err on the side of safety, rather than potentially regret not taking actions sooner. The health and safety of my clients, family members and community is paramount. Thank you for your support and understanding, I hope to see you all again soon. Prue x

If you feel a cold or the flu coming on please contact me and I will be happy to reschedule your appointment. This not only stops the spread of germs but is for your own benefit as going ahead with the massage can leave you feeling worse off.
