21.01.2022 FOSTER CARER NEEDED FOR CINDY Beautiful Cindy was saved off death row with little to no time left. When she arrived at her foster carers home, it wasn't quite the right fit for her and having no spare carers at all, Cindy has had to go to kennels She also had adoption interest which also, fell through for her. Not the best start to her new beginning We DESPERATELY need to find a foster carer for Cindy ASAP. Aside from desexing, Cindy needs surgery to remove a growth o...n her head and we don't want her recovering from that surgery in kennels. She deserves and needs a nice warm home where she can feel safe while she heals. A vet has checked this growth and believed it would begin to shrink by now... But it hasn't so we think another diagnosis may be needed and things may be more sinister than first thought The cost of kennels is money that could be spent on Cindy's surgery, and we need her in a home NOW! Cindy is just under a year old and is a very well mannered girl, walks brilliantly on a leash and just adores her cuddles. She does come from a troubled past where food was scarce for her, so as a result, Cindy has some food aggression issues. This is only around dogs and not humans. Cindy has been around children, doesn't jump up and is very gentle with them. This is URGENT! We need to secure a carer for Cindy THIS WEEK. You must be located in Brisbane Be able to transport Cindy to vet appointments Be willing to keep us updated with Cindy's progress in care Have secure fencing And complete a foster application. 10.01.2022 Wishing part of our beautiful Peter Rabbit Litter the happiest of forevers as they head off with their brand new families Today we waved goodbye to Peter, our strong silent dude who is undoubtedly an 80 year old man in a puppy suit Flopsy, who 100% chose her humans the moment she saw them ... And little Mittens who we know is an absolute perfect match for her new family! We wish you all lots of love, endless adventures and snuggles for the rest of your days Thank you to these beautiful humans for choosing to adopt from the Friday's Legacy Family Have a wonderful life our gorgeous babies!

09.01.2022 Wishing the beautiful adopted Rudi - now Harley, a belated birthday from all of us at FLAR Harley's mum says: "We honestly cannot imagine life without him. He has grown into the most beautiful, loving dog and has the most gentle nature. ... He loves obedience training classes, long walks, swimming in the sea, is such a social butterfly and has lots of friends at the dog park. He loved the cake I made him and even buried a piece for later haha. Thank you so much for giving him to us. We are forever grateful" Happy birthday Harley!! Hopefully you don't forget about that piece of cake you buried!

These felines range in ages from a few months to several years and all have had their adoption fees reduced - way behind what it costs us as a rescue for vetting....
