24.01.2022 Great news the weather looks like clearing and the animal farm is open again at the Big Pineapple the Saturday and what's even better is that new llama mum Oracle and her baby boy will be there. The Farmers and Fine Food Markets starting at 6.30am and the Animal Farm open at 8.00am. Hope to see you there

06.01.2022 Exciting news. The Animal Farm at the Big Pineapple will be open throughout the Easter holidays. The Farm boasts a wide variety of animals, from horses, donkeys and ponies, to alpacacs and llamas, to sheep goats and cows and chooks and ducks. The Farm includes an educational centre where children are shown the food and fibre the farm animals produce and an interactive paddock where children get to touch and play with the animals. ... The farm animals are owned by David and Katrina White from White Ridge Farm at Morayfield. David and Katrina have over ten years experience in raising and caring for animals and are passionate about Australian agriculture and educating children on where their food and fibre comes from and on good animal husbandry and management. The Animal Farm will be open daily from 8.00am to 3.00pm every day of the Easter holidays from Saturday 31st March to Sunday 15th April 2012 (closed on Good Friday) with the Big Pineapple Farmers' and Fine Food Markets are open every Saturday from 6.30am to 12.00 noon. The Big Pineapple Animal Farm is open for school excursions and vacation care excursions and birthday parties.
