25.01.2022 #BREAKING PLEASE SHARE We have lost contact with Priya after she called to say she is being removed from Perth's Fiona Stanley Hospital and taken to the airport... by guards. She was heard asking to speak to her legal representative and screaming in distress before the call was cut off. We are concerned her phone may have been taken from her and we are deeply concerned for her welfare. Please make an urgent phone call to the office of Minister Alan Tudge on (03) 9887 3890 or (02) 6277 7790 now and politely insist that Priya's phone is returned to her and that she be allowed to speak with her legal representatives. Please also call the office of Prime Minister Scott Morrison on (02) 9523 0339 with the same request. We know this is distressing news for our family's supporters. Please remember to stay calm and respectful when speaking to Mr Tudge's or Mr Morrison's staff.

24.01.2022 This is not new information, but $2.5bn is a lot of money to torture people. #ashamed #freetherefugees #7yearstoolong

23.01.2022 So. As of August 31, 2020 there were 350 refugees in #Nauru and #PNG. 180 in Nauru. 170 in PNG. In the middle of a pandemic, why is Home Affairs spending on... average per day: $146,975.36 to IHMS $173,880.95 to Pacific International Hospital $91,203.56 to JDA $1,005,439.71 to Canstruct - there is no RPC on Nauru. What are they being paid to do?? Those figures are per day. If you don't care about human rights then you probably do care about the economy - is this okay to you??? 12.01.2022 ******URGENT MATTER ****** Let's make our voices to be heard! Ask your local MP and State Senators to vote " NO" in the amendment for Migration Act. On Monday the House of Representatives will vote on the new proposed amendment of the Migration Act. ... This amendment goes before the House of Representatives tomorrow and would give the government power to put a blanket ban on ALL mobile phones in immigration detention centres. 07.01.2022 We need a small fridge for a destitute single mother of 9 m old, bar fridge is too small, need small family fridge. Does anyone have a spare fridge to give away. Thanks

06.01.2022 Believe it or not there are actually some legitimate human rights abuses happening in Australia right now and no they aren't you having to stay at home between ...8pm-5am (this does not count, please read a book). Jackie Lambie has the deciding vote on whether Refugees in Aus Detention have access to their mobile phones. For many their phones are the only connection that they have to the friends and family we have prevented them from seeing for almost 10 years while detaining them without charge (This being an actual human rights abuse - ya seeing the difference?). Peter Kahill MP stated - "There is no justification for this bill and its sweeping powers and it is also a bill that has clearly impinges upon the human rights of detainees." Contact Jacqui - let her know its a bad idea. https://www.senatorlambie.com.au/advise_jacqui
